- 3.1 Log Data: Our servers passively store electronic records generated when you interact with the Service and Mobile App, defined as log data. Service Data
- 4.1 During your use of the Service, if you need to perform image or video generation, you must provide the corresponding raw photo or video materials in advance. Based on business functional requirements, we will request permission to access your photo album or files; you have the right to revoke this authorization at any time.
- 4.2 Since AI content processing relies on an internet connection and all processing procedures are executed on our server side, the images or video files you submit will be sent to the server via an encrypted transmission channel. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the entire data transmission process to ensure data privacy and transmission security.
- 4.3 Our Solemn Promise: The photo and video materials you upload are used exclusively to support AI models in completing content generation tasks. Upon completion of the generation task, these materials will be immediately subjected to an unrecoverable deletion. Furthermore, these materials will not be used for AI model training or optimization, nor will they be provided to third-party platforms in any form.
- 4.4 Please ensure you save the generated content results promptly. Once the generation task is complete, the platform system will automatically delete the results within 48 hours, and there is no way to recover them after deletion. You assume full responsibility for any loss caused by failing to save results in time; the platform bears no liability for compensation or remedy.
How We Use Your Uploaded Photo or Video Information
- 5.1 Depending on the technical parameters and functional requirements of different models, our service will process uploaded image or video materials to perform body contour recognition, facial region positioning, facial feature extraction, skeletal keypoint detection (including head, neck, shoulders, torso, wrists, etc.), and clothing category and wearing status detection. The sole purpose of obtaining this detection data is to drive the corresponding technical modules to complete the content generation task specified by the user. During this period, the relevant data generated by detection will only be temporarily cached in the server's RAM during the task processing and content generation phases and will be irreversibly deleted immediately after the process ends. Beyond this, any original photos, video materials, or final generated content uploaded by users will not be used for iteration or performance optimization of artificial intelligence models.
- 5.2 For facial keypoint coordinates and other derivative data required to achieve specific visual effects, we strictly prohibit the collection or acquisition of such data through any technical means without the user's prior explicit authorization (i.e., actively granting gallery access permissions).
- 5.3 Before performing deletion operations on detected facial keypoint data and other related derivative data, we will strictly follow industry-standard information security protection guidelines to implement full-process protection for data storage, transmission, and leak prevention. The security level of these protective measures shall meet or exceed the standards we apply to other confidential sensitive information, such as email addresses and login data.
- 5.4 We will not use facial feature data, skeletal keypoint coordinate data, or body detection data for individual identification or verification scenarios.
- 5.5 We will not create any form of biometric identifiers or personalized user profiles based on the aforementioned detection data.
- 5.6 The boundary for the use of all data obtained from detection is strictly limited to generating the AI output content requested by the user, and all data will be deleted immediately after the processing flow is completed.
- 5.7 After data deletion, we will not retain any duplicate files, and we will not store any original image or video materials uploaded by the user after the generation task cycle ends.
Other Information Collection
Many core service functions of this platform rely on information such as images collected from your device's camera and photo album. We have no right to access your camera and album permissions without your prior explicit consent.
We may collect several technical dimensions of information from the device you use, specifically:

- 9.2 To ensure the continuity of the login session and the integrity of the authentication process, Google may use Cookies or functionally equivalent technologies.
- 9.3 We explicitly promise not to apply Cookies to advertising, user behavior tracking, data statistical analysis, or any other scenarios, and we will not actively obtain or retain such Cookies. All Cookies generated during the Google login process are controlled by Google, and relevant usage rules apply to Google's officially released privacy policy.

Deleting Your Personal Information

- 13.2 If you have linked a Facebook, Apple ID, or other third-party account with this app, you have the right to terminate the information-sharing authorization at any time. The path is to log in to the corresponding third-party platform, find the app connection management entry, and unbind the account from this app. Note: Unbinding only terminates future information sharing and does not trigger the deletion of personal data already stored in this app.
